What's not mentioned in the linked article is that the breach occurred
months ago and that Too Much Media initially kept the breach secret,
then actually went as far as to threaten ITS OWN CUSTOMERS with legal
reprisals if they made the breach public -- which is why the "chatter"
was initially limited to industry-insider boards.  A sorry state off
affairs, indeed -- but a class-action lawsuit would further expose any
participants, so that avenue for redress is unlikely to be used.
