No my company does not care...not that it would matter if they did,
I've re-written everything from scratch over the last 6 months using GTK+.
I've  also talked to a lawyer about this issue. He didn't see any problems.
Beyond that,  It's just a front end GUI for the GNU Scientific library now,
with some of my own analysis tricks added like event based markers.
