KDE 4 isn't part of the core for OpenSuSe 10.3, it was offered as an
optional installable for "playing around" with.

The default KDE is 3.5.x and it rocks quite nicely. People whom I have shown
Linux to believe that the KDE 3.5.x desktop I am running in Windows XP at
first.
