It seems that even digital cameras should be able to be unaffected, 
if either there is no
provision for receiving infrared signals or doing anything about 
them, or else the IR
sensor is blocked with something and you do the focusing and 
everything else manually.

They don't even have one to show yet, and they're filing for a patent 
on it!? WTF?
