And I'll give you any odds you want that Mickey Soft is behind it.  No
intelligent financial manager is going to make this call.  SCO is losing
in the courts and losing badly.  As mentioned they have no product worth
mentioning. 

I also notice they are taking the company private, that means their
books will be closed to the public.  Ergo the hanky panky will not be
out in the open for all to see.

SCO is a stalking horse that MS is not willing to let go of.
