In any event, it was in fact a 20 MHz machine as sold.
Just like a Ford with a 383ci engine in it was in fact a
383 vehicle, even though you could drop in a 454ci engine.

And that's why, in the long run, capitalism is friendlier
to "the little guy" than socialism.
In socialism, scummy companies can (and often do) continue
on indefinitely with government subsidies. Krupp (of German
steel and warmaking fame) is a good example -- even while
doing rather nice things for their employees, Krupp became
quite scummy by the late 1800's.
