I wrote a book for the Calculus 3 course I taught last semester, and
it's now available for download here: http://www.mecmath.net/
It's a PDF file, about 2.5MB, has color graphics, and it's *free*!

The printed book version has grayscale graphics, to keep the price low.
It would've been over $35 with color! :(
