   Its worth noting that Rogue Wave has some nice ones for C++. They
   charge the usual ~1000/workstation, however, their library is really
   nice and comes with support.

Not in more than a decade.

Amid the usual chaos,
the choice was made to use a pre-compiler,
similar to cfront (used in the 80s to demonstrate c++
before porting the c++ compiler).
