Ubuntu Gutsy actually requires 384MB.  The specs were wrong and there
is a bug report about it.  But integrated memory usually steals from
main memory so you have to take that into account.

One possibility is that the RAM is faulty and possibly in the region
the integrated video is using.  To test it you need to put in a
separate video card so that the integrated video is disabled and not
using RAM.  Then run a memory tester on it.
