I have struggled with IP Cop for a while now.  I finally moved to Suse's Firewall.  

This biggest problem was that IpCop did not see many of the Network cards.  Where Suse Linux Server did.  

The web interface is great. But it was too much energy spent in finding 3 Network cards that worked.  

I'm not a network admin.  I may come up with a point and click tool to configure firewalls, But now I have a few projects that was waiting for me to have my firewall up.
