I have a switch that seems to forget it exists.  It started after a
brief power outage.  It took me a bit to figure out where the fault in
the network was.  I spent a good hour under the desk switching cables
around.

I got the thing working, but it has stopped again.  Is this a simple
case of buy a new switch?
