Yep, SCO is dead.
There is speculation that they may file Chapter 7 sometime next week,
since the money that they still have to pay Novell, regardless of
Chapter 11, will be more than the company's value right now. Hopefully
that amount will be decided in the court proceeding on Monday. But it's
all just a matter of time now. They're dead, Jim.
