Yes... Windows NT/2K/XP is C2 certified ONLY as long as it it
NOT networked, and does NOT have any data transfer with ANY
other working computers (no USB sticks, etc.), and provided
that the ONLY software on it has also been C2 certified (which
means that the only time a floppy or CD/DVD-ROM drive is
installed is when the Admin is installing software.
