Unfortunately the threat, though riddled with self-inconsistencies and 
statements contradictory to common observation, is sufficient to influence
businesses at a time when they are deciding what 64-bit infrastructure
to invest in, manufacturers what infrastructure to embed, and
politicians what public fears will get votes.

I fear this is only the herald of a war not to destroy linux but to
impose the "Microsoft tax" (by another name) on linux.
