[mdlug] Dual Core with Hyper Threading

I read an artical that talked adout having to recompile linux to support hyperthreading. So now the dual Core with hyperthreading is very available, if and when I build such a system I want to make sure that ALL resources if the system are used properly.
I'm not debating Just trying to get a perspective.

But I've been using SuSE since SuSE 8.1 and have come across NOTHING
