A couple which quickly comes to mind:

1. They have picked off smaller contract houses, forcing contractors to either
become MSX employees or face removal from the customer site (i.e.
unemployment, unless your original contract house can place you elsewhere).

2. The "forget" to follow federal overtime laws, unless forcefully reminded.

3. They are cheap. Ciber pays about $2k per year in educational/training
reimbursements, MSX pays $0.

That's all I have to say on the subject.

Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out
the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them.
