[mdlug] Kernel panic

I am having a prblom with my web server booting. At times when it trys to boot i get a "kernel panic - not syncing: fatal exception in interrupt". When it does boot it has a rather bad habit of locking up. I am running Mandravia 2007.1. Any ideas?
