Well, I didn't go in to details as I was not asking for help getting
it to run, but here is what happened:

ROX software (unfortunately, in my opinion) is distributed through a
system called Zero-Install. This system automatically installs/updates
programs when you try to run them.

The unofficial Debian repository mentioned above carries a number of
zero-install "launchers" for Rox programs. When you install one, you
basically get a clickable icon in Rox that will start the Zero-install
"injector" and try to install and run the program for you.

When I clicked on the clickable icon, the injector told me it could not
get the files it needed. The specific error the injector gives is:

Error downloading 'xulrunner':

Error downloading 'http://dist.opendocumentfellowship.org/xulrunner':
HTTP Error 404: Not Found

This appears to be information about how to install Rox on Debian. I
have no problem with this, and have been running Rox on Debian for a
long time. I use it in conjunction with Window-maker, and highly
recommend the pair.

What I was interested in is getting a look at the specific Rox
application called "Stallion" which is apparently a web browser.
