[mdlug] Serial I/O Card

Greetings all!
 
I have been tasked with (possibly) setting up a serial console server
for a few of our Sun racks. I'm planning on building a linux-rack-pc to
use as the master system (and connecting to the Suns using picocom or
something). I was wondering if any of you have experiences with the Syba
SD-PCI-6S PCI-based 6-port serial IO card.

Any alternatives are also welcome. Currently we have a total of about 6
(V440s) per rack, but I was thinking of buying 2 cards for
expandability, or possibly 2 4-port cards. 

Any insights or suggestions are welcomed!
