 I'm pretty sure that's for a *desktop*, not a laptop, and no monitor,
though I can see where the phrasing would be confusing. A laptop with
those specs at that price would be a ridiculously good value.

 Even so, I'd be tempted to pick up such a machine at that price.
That'd be a heck of a nice desktop machine.
