[mdlug] new system

Ok my caps on my mobo decided to swell and instead of getting a new mobo
i decided to wate until i can afford a new system.
I wanted to get imput on what proccer, mobo, hd, and power supply. Im
going to be using this for a web/mail server. I would like to use it
for a media server that i can use for just internal use. Looking for a
good distro to use for this as well.
