[mdlug] Need to make Thunderbird "treat" email 100% like Outlook

Go a step further in saving money and educate the boss. I'm not saying sit
down and preach to him as a teacher would to the classroom, but leave
printed articles around the break room, water cooler, <insert where he tends
to hang out here> and he will come across them sooner or later.
