 Not at all. Just look for a TV with multiple inputs. For example, my TV, bought
almost two years ago, is a Syntax Olevia LT32HV. It has a coax input for standard
analog cable. It has three composite (yellow RCA jack) inputs; we have one of the
kids' "TV games in a joystick" plugged into one of those. I has two component (Y
Pb Pr) inputs; our progressive-scan DVD player is connected to one of those.

 Finally, it has VGA and DVI hookups. I've got the HD tuner box connected to the
DVI input via an HDMI-to-DVI cable. That's probably where you'd connect the Linux
box. More recent TVs even have multiple HDMI inputs.
