Note that while philosophically there's a difference between 'improbable'
and 'impossible', in practice there are probabilities below which something
is effectively impossible.
It's entirely possible that Mt. Everest will spontaneously transmute to
solid gold. However, you'll be waiting a *long* time if you expect that
to happen...
