 Then it's not GPL. The GPL is designed so you can't put such restrictions.
However, there are licenses that prohibit noncommercial use. A simple
way to do this is to explicitly say it's free for noncommercial use, but

 That's a separate issue. You can dual-license your own code as much as
you like.
