[mdlug] Chaning distros

It's been a while since I have fiddled with building from SRPMS or 
looking into the documentation, so this could be wrong.

I seem to recall that it's possible to take a straight up source package 
and make it into a SRPM using the RPM system. I don't remember the 
commands at the moment and I seem to recall it being a somewhat 
complicated process to get rolling.
