The ALL in your example means all hosts.  That lets you copy the
file to multiple computers and without needing to customize each one.

Ray, did you try adding driveray to the cdrom group?  A lot of
distros have groups like cdrom, audio, floppy and tape to make
it easy to give a user access easily.
