Well, nearly all. I can't remember a specific counterexample but nothing's
100% in life. :->
For a server I'd suggest 6.06 (Dapper Drake) rather than the newest
version. Dapper's supposed to get support and security fixes until
2009 or so, IIRC.

Of just straight Debian. For a server you want reliable, not
bleeding-edge.
