Just to weigh in on the OpenOffice/MSOffice discussion--
As a user of MSWord's advanced features at work, I can say that it's
difficult to use OpenOffice because its equivalent is not so much
equivalent, especially things like nested tables, sections, etc.
One thing that you can do is change to interface so that the buttons and
look resemble MSOffice. One thing about OO is that it's more flexible
for customizing, IMHO.
