Human error was required. I received an administrative request email
regarding a post by a new member. The link from from the administrative
request message took me the list's "pending actions" administrative
page. I clicked on "approve" for the first email before I realized there
was another message, the above spam, in the que ahead of the one I
actually wanted to approve.

Sorry, I'll try not to let it happen again.
