The vmware-install.pl program will find the C header files directory
if it's in a "normal" location.  If it can't find it, it offers
/usr/src/linux/include as the default option.

This probably means that you don't have the kernel-source or
kernel-headers package installed (I forget which one you need for
an OpenSuSE system).  After installing the kernel headers and
rerunning vmware-install.pl you should see a valid option appear
at this point in the program.
