Times". It is true they have about the worst birth rate imbalance in the 
world with about 54% girls, it is nearly hopeless for a woman over 25 
there who is not married as the men who survived the Soviet / Ukrainian 
military are either married or not interested in women. So, yes many of 
them are eager to get out of the Ukraine and often they are tricked into 
such, But the most expensive city in the world is Moscow. The populous 
of Moscow did not all get an income boost to match this new distinction, 
so Russian women are often very eager to come to the west too. Look on 
the mail order bride sites for eastern Europe and you'll see more 
Russians than Ukrainians.
