[mdlug] Flakey hard drive - don't see the linux bootloader anymore

I have Grub installed on MBR and I can boot up in Linux fine. So that is NOT the problem. It looks like Windows needs some boot loader in the partition boot record or something. Grub does not have an option to boot in Windows though it is there in menu.lst.
