[mdlug] Windows Vista marketing 'deceived' consumers

It will be very interesting to see how this plays out.
Do we, as the consumer market, still have rights, as citizens, to
certain protections provided both by laws and legal precedents in such
cases or will Microsoft find a way to shred through this legal issue?
