[Mdlug] Change to mdlug tag?

I've noticed since the switch to the new MDLUG mail system
that messages now get tagged with "[Mdlug]" instead of
the old "[mdlug]". So a few of the recent replies now
have a combined "[Mdlug] [mdlug]" tag. That may be caused
by users having an "[mdlug]" tag automatically added by
their MUA when replying to mail from mdlug.org, though I
have no idea if that's how it's happening.

Anyway, it's not a big deal, just wondering why the 'm' is
now uppercase.
