it's actually a very complex issue, and if you look at what the
neutrality folks are saying, they'd have the effect of preventing
providers from doing things like selling QoS guarantees.

that said i of course don't trust at&t/ameritech/sbc/at&t any further
than i can throw them; of COURSE they'll do something anticompetitive
if allowed.  that's a direct effect of their basic business model.

Given a black or white choice I'm against the telco position.  
But like so many issues there are many shades of gray.
