OK, the DCG Computer Club AKA Downriver Commodore Group is on it's last
gasp. 

However, never say die that I am, I want to save it.  My suggestion to
the club is going to a return to the roots.  I will insist that if no
one else wants it I want it and give me all the paperwork.

What is it?  Hopefully a back to the basics Retro Computer Group that
does not ignore modern developments.  We will concentrate on the
Commodore line of computers.  Commodore C-64 and C-128 and the Amiga
line in all developments.  If someone shows up with an Apple 2 or an
Atari we will welcome them as well.  Mac Classic, DOS, anything that
Power Geeks sneer at we will do.

I have a huge library of both C-64 and Amiga software.  Some of the C-64
stuff even works.  It is going to take months to sort through the
collection I just got and make sense of it.  My Ami Project Disk is in
the third edition and holds over 230 meg of DMSed Amiga software.  I
have a binder full of Amiga CDs. 

Hardware wise I have an 1000, a pair of 2000s, a couple of 1200s, a
passel of 500s in various conditions, and Amigastine, the A4000.  I also
have two more A4000s in less than working condition.
A box full of C-64s, several 128s even a couple of VIC-20s and a
Commodore +4 and a CDTV.  IF I can hang on to the DCG hardware we will
have even more.

The next meeting is January 3, at the Taylor Public Library at 12301
Pardee Rd. In Taylor Michigan, USA. Meeting time is 7:00 pm and meetings
run 2 hours. Further information can be had be e-mailing me.

Remember physically this is in South-East Michigan.  A physical meeting
on a physical place.
