Thanks Ray. this may be my issue but the same device used to work with the same interface sometime back. How do I find if the interface is USB1.0 or USB2.0?<BR>

I have seen this error when connecting a USB 2.0 device to a USB 1.x
interface. The problem went away when USB 2.0 interface was added the
system.
