Probably true for Ubuntu / Fedora / OpenSuse.

Also, probably not actually a hard requirement as long as:

> • For computers – a modern web browser that is actively
> supported by the manufacturer.
Hopefully they don't design for Chrome alone ("Best viewed in IE" redux).
