Thats the whole thing about Marketing. You HAVE to show that market that Linux is good for your Desktop.

I don't know about that. I would have been in the front of the line to buy software just a few years ago. Then I learned to use repositories. Then came OS software management such as Yast. Then I learned about tools like alien. Now all I have to do is download a .rpm or .deb and let my OS install it if it's not available from a repository. It's the mindset that it can't be good because it's freely available that I had to overcome. Granted, Gnucash does not look as pretty as Peachtree but it does what I need. Why would I pay for software when it's freely downloadable? Support you say? Then if support that actually solved problems was available, why are there so many forums devoted to pay software? My 2ยข.
