[mdlug-newbie] Hello LUGgers!

Hello,

My name is Brandon and I got fed up with Windows a few months ago and
installed Linux Mint 5 Elyssa.  So far it's been a good experience overall
and most of my hardware is supported.  I'm looking for more information on
how to get everything I can out of Linux and I've been slowly learning the
way around my system and the terminal.  My next project for is to try and
get MythTV up and running on a spare box but from what I've read it's really
an advanced user type of program.  Anyway, I'm joining this list in the hope
that it keeps me from switching back so please be patient if I ask a really
simple questions.  Thanks for reading this and I look forward to
participating in the Michigan LUG community.
