Job Summary: Analytical Engineer with IT experience

American Axle Engineering background

. NASTRAN, Abacus, DEC (Design of Experiments Code), FeSafe and suite of CAE Applications.
. Needs to be an Admin for the above things, and be able to log into the applications and be able to answer the questions from other engineers who have their PhD.

Must be able to understand user requirements and how they use the applications to troubleshoot.
Be familiar with stress analysis and thermal analysis, compression and fluid dynamics and be able to understand results from the software applications.

. Know productivity language so they can automate things.
. Preferable C Programming, UNIX and Linux scripting.
. High performance computing works, grid computing and cloud computing concepts
. Knowledge of clustered servers and load sharing queue managers and license managers.
10+ years experience using all this stuff above. Must have Bachelor Degree, Prefer Masters Degree, and will consider PhD.
CAE Application Admin experience 10+
CAE Application Suites knowledge (NASTRAN, Abacus, DEC, FeSafe) 10+
CAD admin 5-10+
Engineering background with IT experience. Productivity language, UNIX and Linux scripting 5-10+
Knowledge of clustered servers 5-10+
High performance computing work 5-10+
