Get her into a MINI Cooper with the Handsfree System.

...or a Nissan with the Bluetooth Phone system.

...or a BMW with a Handsfree system.

There's other options.

I have a MINI Cooper with the Handsfree phone system and it's the best phone
system that I have interacted with. Everytime it connects to the phone, it
downloads the entire addressbook into it's access list, which means that I
don't have to fiddle with the phone to dial numbers, it's all controlled
from the radio interface onscreen display.
