Please show me how those groups are directly ifluencing the policy and
agenda of the Democratic Party on an equivalent or even near equivalent
level as the Tea Party is doing with the Republican Party.
Last I heard, those Code Pink people were trying to make a citizens arrest
and disrupted Karl Rove's recent book signing to the point that Mr. Rove
vacated the premises. I have heard of maybe a couple of the more far left
Democratic Party members in Congress suggesting that there should be some
kind of war crimes or similar investigations against Karl Rove, et. Al. None
of those remarks have any traction with the rest of the Democratic Party
members in Congress and just haven't gone anywhere.
Therefor, Code Pink is functionally nowhere near equivalent to the Tea
Party, since it is extremely clear that when the Tea Party yells jump,
through Fox News and Conservative Media, the Republican Members of Congress
have been jumping and even apologizing for trying to say or do anything
outside of the Tea Party line.
As for N.O.W. and NARAL, who the hell are those groups? What real
influence on policy and agenda has these two organizations had on the
Democratic Party? Show me.
