[mdlug-discuss] So, how to start a (commercial) blog?

My wife and her sister run a bakery in Livonia
(www.sorellashomemade.com). My wife is *very* funny and glib and
entertaining, and many people in her Facebook circle have said she
should blog.

 So, we're thinking of doing a blog for the bakery. I understand the
technical stuff reasonably well, but I'm wondering what service to use
to set it up. This would be for the bakery, a commercial enterprise, so
I'd guess that the free blogging services wouldn't be a likely option.
Can anyone suggest a venue (an inexpensive one) that'd work for such an
enterprise?
