Palm and Treo users,

I know there are many PalmOS and Treo users among mdlug members.

Can anyone (dis)recommend data collection PalmOS software?

The problem is to collect field data for statistical analysis
  o estimated at 10-20 entries per day
    o each event will have 1-100 lines of descriptive data
      o most entries will share descriptive data
    o most entries will have some parameters (1-5 fields) to enter
      e.g. operation count, start time, duration, ...

At first most entries will need their descriptive data typed in,
  but over the course of weeks, it is expected that the catalog of
  entries will stabilize at about 20-100 unique descriptions

The goal is to minimize the amount of typing required in the field,
and yet collect the parameters for daily(?) upload to a DIF file (e.g. xcalc).
