Try U.S. Computer Exchange on Maple Road (15 Mile) in Troy.
When I was at Kmart, we had to fix a server that HP would
no longer cover under our service contract (too old).
For HP to fix it, the time and material charge STARTED
with $250 for the tech to walk out the office door, and
would have required two trips (we haven't even got into
the time charge for him doing two round-trips from the
Southfield office.)

Anyways, I had already figured out that the problem was
the external power supply in  fiber channel disk assembly.
The part came in at $400...about half of what HP was going
to charge us for the part, and it was BRAND NEW (not a
refurb).
