His complaint with MS is because the browser history was recoverable
after the time it was supposed to be deleted.  You and I know that just
because it was deleted (eg the entry just deleted but the actual content
untouched) does not mean it is erased from the hard drive.  However your
average user and consumer does not realize this and he claims that he
was misled to believe it woould not be there any more.
