[mdlug-admin] Flyer

Have we thought about who the target audience is? You could make the coolest
flyer on earth, but if you get the audience wrong, it is a total wast of
time. Define the audience to broad and the flyer will have to be to general.
Define it to narrow and you will have a hard time finding them. So the trick
is to strike the right balance.

Once you have a target audience, you have to find out what would make that
audience read your flyer. Look for what are their needs that are not being
served with other products.

Lastly, as has been said here before, I think Linux should be promoted on it's
own merits rather than on Microsoft bashing. Talking about the competition
leads people to think about them. The goal is to have them focus on your
product. Watch TV commercials for a while and you will find most don't name
their competition.
